If you found a movie that you want to buy, you have to click Add to cart. The movie or DVD is now in your Card Contents. It is possible to continue shopping and to add more items you like.

If you finished your shopping you have to click Card Contens. You can check your choosen items and if there is a movie you dont't want any more you can still delete it.

If everything is right you click Checkout. Before you can pay your Card Contents you have to Login (if you have an account already) or you have to open a new account.

If you are logged in you can choose how to pay your order. If you don't have a bank account in Germany you have to click Kreditkarte (Credit Card). With a german bank account you could also choose Lastschrift (automatic debit transfer system).

Shopping security

We take your payment security and the protection of your personal data very serious. The transfer of sensitiv data, for example your credit card number, only occurs encoded. Therefor we've got the latest secure technologies.

Pikcha.tv is using your personal data just for contractual purposes of your online shopping. Furthermore they will be used optionally to offer you an more efficient customer service and to increase user friendliness, by making sure, that you don't have to type your information in twice. When you clicked the newsletter button at your registration or in your account, we are allowed to send you newsletter untill you unsubscribe from it. Every mail will have a link to do so.

It goes without saying that we will make use of your submitted data only within pikcha.tv internally and will not pass them on to third parties.

You are entitled to request information about your stores personal data and to ensure that incorrect data are corrected. And you can blocke or delete your data entirely. Therefore you can contact support[at]pikcha.tv.

Registration

Every visitor at pikcha.tv or pikcha.tv/shop can create its own account.
To create an account we need your personal data and a valid e-mail adress. And of course you need a password, which you can choose by yourself. We safe these data to simplify your online shopping. Furthermore we safe your order data. Maybe you don't know, which movie you ordered already, so you can look it up in your order data.

It is always possible to update your account information in case of moving to another town or other changes.

With one e-mail adress it is only possible to create one pikcha.tv account.

For deliveries with a value of over 20 Euro we do not charge any shipping costs!

For orders below a value of 20 Euro we charge following shipping costs:

• 2,50 € for handling and shipment within Germany
• 4,50 € for handling and shipment in any country of the EU and Swiss
• For other countries you can request shipping costs. Just write info[at]pikcha.tv

In case of shipments abroad, taxes, fees and similar expenses as well as special packaging requested by the customer shall be borne by the customer.

Payment terms

At pikcha.tv Shop we offer you two different payment methods to choose from:

• pay by credit card (MasterCard, VISA, VISAELECTRON, DinersClub, American Express, Maestro cards are accepted)
• pay by automatic debit transfer system (electronic direct debit), only valid with an german bank account

The presentation of our products in the online shop does not represent a legally binding offer, but a non-binding online catalogue inviting to make an order. You confirm your order by clicking the 'Buy now' button at the end of the ordering procedure. Our confirmation of the reciept of your order follows immediately after you have submitted your order. The contract of purchase will become effective with the order confirmation, though at the latest with the delivery of the goods.

Movies on a DVD or movies downloaded are likely to be the subject of copyright restrictions which allow the owner of the CD only to make copies for personal use only. Forwarding, publishing or a disclosure of the movies is strictly prohibited.

Only consumers have the following right to return goods: You can give back DVDs purchased at pikcha.tv within 14 days since receipt without having to provide reasons to the following address: Childertainment GmbH & Co.KG, Oeverseestr. 10-12, D-22769 Hamburg

Consequences of revocation: Im Falle eines wirksamen Widerrufs sind die beiderseits empfangenen Leistungen zurückzugewähren und ggf. gezogene Nutzungen (z.B. Zinsen) herauszugeben. Können Sie uns die empfangene Leistung ganz oder teilweise nicht oder nur in verschlechtertem Zustand zurückgewähren, müssen Sie uns insoweit ggf. Wertersatz leisten. Bei der Überlassung von Sachen gilt dies nicht, wenn die Verschlechterung der Ware ausschließlich auf deren Prüfung - wie sie etwas im Ladengeschäft möglich gewesen wäre - zurückzuführen ist. Im Übrigen können Sie die Wertersatzpflicht vermeiden, indem Sie die Sache nicht wie Ihr Eigentum in Gebrauch nehmen und alles unterlassen, was deren Wert beeinträchtigt. Paketversandfähige Sachen sind zurückzusenden. Nicht paketversandfähige Sachen werden bei Ihnen abgeholt. Sie haben die Kosten der Rücksendung zu tragen, wenn die gelieferte Ware der bestellten entspricht und wenn der Preis der zurückzusendenden Sache einen Betrag von 40 Euro nicht übersteigt oder wenn Sie bei einem höheren Preis der Sache zum Zeitpunkt des Widerrufs noch nicht die Gegenleistung oder eine vertraglich vereinbarte Teilzahlung erbracht haben. Anderenfalls ist die Rücksendung für Sie kostenfrei. Verpflichtungen zur Erstattung von Zahlungen müssen wir innerhalb von 30 Tagen nach Absendung Ihrer Widerrufserklärung erfüllen. Die Erstattung des Kaufbetrages erfolgt per Überweisung auf Ihr Konto. Daher müssen Sie zwingend bei der Rücksendung Ihre vollständigen Kontoverbindungen mit angeben. Die Erstattung werden wir in einem Zeitraum von 4 Wochen nach Eingang des Produktes bei uns vornehmen. Vom Widerruf ausgeschlossen sind entsiegelte Software, Audio- oder Videoaufzeichnungen. Auch das Entfernen der Einschweißfolio gilt als Entsiegelung des Produktes. (Ende der Widerrufsbelehrung). Bei defekter oder mangelhafter Ware gilt die gesetzliche Gewährleistungsfrist von 24 Monaten. In diesem Falle wird Childertainment zunächst immer bemüht sein, Ihnen einen fehlerfreien und funktionierenden Ersatz Ihres Produktes zu schicken. Sollte das in Ausnahmefällen nicht möglich sein, werden wir Ihnen den Kaufpreis erstatten.
